Vaughan Smith
Vaughan holds the qualifications of Master of Planning Practice (First Class Honours) and Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from the University of Auckland.  He is a full member of the New Zealand Planning Institute and is a director of Bentley & Co. Limited.  Vaughan's background includes 15 years working in the construction and development sectors of the property industry.  His planning experience includes property purchase due diligence advice, planning feasibility and risk analysis, the preparation of resource consent applications, the preparation of private plan change applications, the analysis of resource consent and plan change applications and the subsequent preparation of submissions, the preparation and presentation of expert evidence at Council and Environment Court hearings, the management of RMA processes and the management of multi-disciplinary project teams.

Craig McGarr

Craig is a Director and has been with the company since 1994. Prior to this Craig had five years local government experience. He specialises in directing and managing the resource consent strategies and statutory planning requirements for a range of clients.

The key consultants are supported by junior planners who assist on a wide range of projects and administrative support staff.
