Artifact Property (Jervois Road)

The Jervois Apartments is a five-storey mixed-use development in Herne Bay, including nine luxury apartments, ground level retail and basement car parking. Bentley & Co., as the Project Planners, took the project through a limited notified consent process with a successful outcome with no appeals.

Kainga Ora

Assisting Housing New Zealand Corporation with intensifying Auckland, obtaining resource consents under both the Resource Management Act and the Housing Accords and Special Housing Areas Act for a variety of building typologies and densities under tight timeframes.

McConnell Developments Limited (Teal Apartments)

The development of a new luxury apartment building comprising 24 dwellings and 31 carparks (within a basement) on the site located at Purewa Road, Meadowbank.

Bentley & Co. were the project planners for a limited notified application, which involved the development of land within a complex coastal, geological environment. The consent was granted with no appeals.

O&A Smythe Limited (Smythe Road Apartments, Henderson)

Demolish the two existing dwellings and comprehensively redevelop the combined site at 41 & 43 Smythe Road, Henderson, with a new four-storey building with 24 residential units, associated car parking area, communal spaces and landscaping.

Whenua Whanake Limited Partnership (Wirihana)

The overall Wirihana development proposes to subdivide the subject site of 11.32ha into a total of fifteen superlots, two wetlands and seven roads, with a total development yield of approximately 519 residential units, together with associated infrastructure and ancillary commerical activities.

Bentley & Co. were the Project Planner and were  responsible for the consenting of the combined subdivision and landuse consent, collating input from four individual architects, landscape consultants, ecology and civils.
