Oceania Healthcare (Meadowbank Village)

Bentley & Co. have provided planning advice in respect of the Meadowbank site since 2005, and have lead the master planning and progressive consenting towards completion. The initial resource consent was subject to public notification and an Environment Court appeal.

Oceania Healthcare (The Sands, Browns Bay)

Comprehensive redevelopment of the site to provide for 64 independent living units, comprising a mixture of 2-3 bedroom apartment style units located on the ground and upper levels, and 40 care suite units located on the first floor of the building. Bentley & Co. were the lead consultants for a publicly notified resource consent application, which was obtained during the Unitary Plan review process. Consent was granted with no appeals.

Summerset (Parnell Village)

Comprehensive development of a brownfield site providing for multi-level retirement accommodation integrated with the Parnell Rail Station and Auckland Domain. Consent was obtained following a contested publicly notified process.

The BeGroup (Rawhiti Estate, Remuera)

Comprehensive luxury retirement village development comprising 27 independent living units and 68 aged care suites, together with a range of common facilities. Bentley & Co. were the lead planning consultants for a publicly notified resource consent, which was granted with no appeals.

The Selwyn Foundation

Nationwide regulatory and master planning services to The Selwyn Foundation, including the development of its landholdings, and preparation and involvement in plan change processes.
